Our law firm was founded in 1981 and has a successful record of representing people who have been seriously injured, disabled and killed in accidents. The law firm's name was changed in 2010 from Mitchell, Hurst, Jacobs & Dick, LLP to Mitchell, Hurst, Dick & McNelis, LLC. The founding partner William "Bill" Hurst has limited his practice for over 35 years to providing services to people throughout the country who were injured in accidents recovering millions of dollars in damages for them. We have always provided our legal services on a contingent fee basis and will meet with new clients for a free consultation and case evaluation.

William W. Hurst
Bill Hurst has successfully represented hundreds of accident victims, and has limited his practice to personal injury cases for over thirty-five (35) years. Bill has helped families with tragic life altering injuries and deaths; and has obtained substantial verdicts and settlements to compensate families for their losses.
He is a graduate, with honors, from Indiana University School of Law. He has served on the Executive Committee and is a Director Emeritus of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He has published articles on various personal injury topics and has lectured at various legal seminars.
Bill is listed in Naifeh and Smith, The Best Lawyers in America and has been for over twenty (20) years, Bill is selected as a "Super Lawyer" by the Indianapolis Monthly Magazine from its first publication in 2002 to its most recent; he was selected as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Indiana by the American Trial Lawyers Association. Marvin H. Mitchell

Alexander Jesus Limontes
Alex is originally from Florida and came up to Indiana in 1999 to play football for Hanover College. After graduating from Hanover in 2003, Alex went back to Orlando, FL, where he worked as a social worker for a year. Alex was a law clerk for Bill Hurst during much of law school. He graduated from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis in 2007 and began his career as a trial attorney with the Marion County Public Defender Agency. Alex has conducted hundreds of trials and hearings as an attorney.
Alex believes in community involvement and has worked closely with established Indianapolis organizations such as the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, the Julian Center, and the Muslim Legal Clinic. Currently, Alex serves on the Board of Directors at the Emberwood Center and the Indianapolis Bar Association Solo/Small Firm Committee. He is also licensed to practice law in Indiana and Florida.
